Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return if:

  • The item was damaged during shipping.
  • The item received is different from what was ordered.
  • The item is defective.
  • You changed your mind about the purchase within the specified return period (see below).

Standard Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

  4. Send the item back to us using the shipping method specified in the return instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged item, wrong item sent).
